ROGEL Activewear - Return & Refund Policy

At ROGEL Activewear, we want you to love your purchase . If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Be unworn, unwashed,and unused.
• Have all original tags attached.

Be in their original condition and packaging.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Sale Items.

All sale  and discounted items are final sale and are not elegible for returns or refunds.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order .Once your return request is approved, ROGEL Activewear will provide instructions for completing the return.

please use the Return shipping label provided by ROGEL Activewear when sending your item back.

Refunds

Once we received and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund if the item meets our return requirements.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow your financial institution additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from your ordered ,please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issued and assist you.
